Our Process
Everyone loves a good story.
But as humans we’re skeptical of statistics…
And few of us are truly strategic.
Yet the best strategies, whether we're engaged in a formal strategic planning process, or assessing a community's needs, or studying the feasibility of a particular systems change, are rooted in data. When the research is thorough, robust, and analytical, the data speak volumes.
Problem is, whenever we make decisions with incomplete data, without getting the story straight, we do a disservice to the very populations we're trying to serve. We miss opportunities to close gaps in services. We fail to recognize barriers to access. We misinterpret eligibility restrictions or fall short in connecting the dots between policies and outcomes.
We waste money.
Datacentrix came together in 2022 to form a unique network of independent consultants to serve local governments, private foundations, and nonprofits in the health and human services sector. We research and analyze both secondary, quantitative data and primary, qualitative data to find solutions to systemic problems. Along the way, we engage with marginalized communities to listen to the voices of lived experience.
Our dynamic, collaborative process enables the Datacentrix team to formulate strategies, make recommendations, and effectively communicate the stories of people and the systems that serve them.
